The Ultimate Marbella as part of Lighthouse Group Companies traces its entrepreneurial roots back to 1998, when it began developing innovative hospitality business models for emerging real estate companies. Following the successful sale of these ventures in 2003, the focus shifted towards new opportunities at the intersection of real estate. In 2005, our Managing Director graduated from a private real estate academy, laying the groundwork for a new chapter.

From 2005 we have been a dynamic player with our core focus on real estate development, management, rentals and sales. A standout milestone was our joint venture partnership with Ten Brinke Group, through which over 800 private residences and several commercial assets were developed and sold across the Netherlands. This collaboration concluded at the end of 2023, paving the way for new adventures.
